About Us

Our story began in 1999, when a group of friends got together to form an I.T company. Our primary focus was to provide PC based solutions to SMB and end users. Our gradual progression into other aspects of computing made us a leading supplier of I.T solutions in our area. Our products and services and broader in range and stronger in quality, soon after our inception, we rapidly became aware of computing aspirations of SMB, schools and private organisations.

Our simple Onboarding Process

Project Initiation

We appoint a dedicated transition manager, establish the transition plan and agree the transition success criteria and implementation approach.

Knowledge Transfer

We capture, and share knowledge held by existing suppliers and internal teams. We outline the roles and responsibilities of each party.

Toolsets

We capture information relating to the agreement, deployment and configuration of the toolsets to support the managed service.

Interim Support

We take responsibility from the current supplier or client for services in a phased approach to mitigate any potential impact on business as usual.

Handover

Following the “service commencement date” we contractually take responsibility for the delivery of all in-scope services.

Follow Up

After delivering the managed solution we will follow up with you just to see if everything is running very smoothly and correctly.
